Dog Rescuers & Specialty Service Providers
- ‘Sanctuary’ is truly the way to describe the serene setting at Dog Tales. On an incredible 50 rolling acres in King City, a remarkable home-like environment has been created for healing dogs and horses rescued from across Canada. Along with medical care, the team provides all of the love and training that rescues need to recover from their pasts. Make a donation to help support their work or contact Dog Tales when looking for your next companion.
- DiD has been rescuing Great Danes and finding them new, loving homes since 1956. It is their mission to ensure that rescues are given another chance to receive the care, safety, and happiness they deserve. The coverage area for adoptions is Ontario, but they partner with rescue groups nationally to re-home these gentle giants. They welcome and can always use your help – whether donating, volunteering, fostering, or adopting.
- Tiny Paws Dog Rescue Canada (TPDRC) is a charitable organization, comprised of volunteers who are working to fill a much needed niche in the rescue community, that of saving and re-homing small (under 20 lbs.), mixed breed dogs and purebred dogs.
Giving Our Support
At Poop-Patrol, we are committed to giving back to our community. When you purchase our services, you help make it possible for us to make a contribution to different pet-associated organizations. On behalf of all the dogs you help benefit — we thank you. Here are just two of the groups we have supported over the years:
Lion Foundation of Canada Dog Guides
Since 1983, the lives of over 1200 men, women, and children from the age of 8 to 84, have been enriched by the services of specially trained Dog Guides from The Lions Foundation of Canada. We are proud to support them in whatever ways we can.
- The Ontario SPCA is one of the largest, most responsive animal welfare organizations in the country, providing care and shelter for tens of thousands of animals every year. Poop-Patrol Inc. is a regular contributor to several central Ontario branches and their fund raising initiatives. We know that as a non-profit organization, the vital work they do depends on charitable donations and community dollars raised. We are committed to doing what we can.
Poop Patrol also contributes to community fund raisers where possible. To inquire about a donation or discuss our involvement in your event, please contact marketing@poop-patrol.com
